The New Community Leadership Foundation (NCLF) is a San Francisco-based nonprofit driving the movement for equity through grassroots organizing, civic engagement, and cultural empowerment.

Rooted in the historic Fillmore District, we unite residents, businesses, organizations, artists, and policymakers to address the root causes of inequality and poverty.
